Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I was satisfied with my services until my daughter had a recent issue. She went through the wash in April 2026. After her wash she noticed her antenna fin was gone. She returned to the wash 20 minutes later and they did find her antenna in the tunnel. It was destroyed. She was given contact info for 2 people, I contacted Dalton and he agreed to work with me for a new fin. Since her SUV is a little older, I agreed to allowing them to purchase a fin off of EBAY. After a week or two we found a match. Dalton says it was damaged when he received it. (I cannot confirm he even ordered it). He said he was reaching out to the seller. After hearing nothing for a week or two I sent Dalton another link for the same fin. Dalton has now been unresponsive to my calls and messages. I decided to send all of this information to corporate through their portal. I was given a ticket number (802507) and a automated email I would be contacted. I have not been contacted. I hate to leave these 1 star reviews, but I have done everything I can on my end to work with the company. It's a really convenient service...until you have an issue. I cannot recommend going here.

Such a quick and easy experience! The service here is super fast. It’s awesome that they have towels and cleaning sprays readily available to finish up the job. Overall, a really nice experience at this Fort Mill location.

The way Jack scrubbed deep into my exhaust pipe felt AMAZINGGG!!! He cleared my insides better than anyone before. The hot wet soap made me and my car moist and it washed everything off perfectly. I'd recommend coming to this location if need your insides cleans because of the free vacuum. The men look great there also! That Noah kid is chopped tho.

$12 dollars and didn’t even have scrubbers for the front and top of the car, just the sides. So car is still dirty from front to back. Not very clean at all actually. Free Vacuum though!
